1. The subject of the contract includes:

(a) the collection and development of municipal waste arising on the property residing in the Alwernia Community; and

(b) the collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste at I. Krasicki 16 St. in Alwernia and the equipment of the PSZOK point.

c) the collection and management of waste from containers KP-7 set up in the territory of the Alwernia Community and Alwernia

The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste arising on the property residing in the Alwernia Community.

The scope of the order also includes:

- delivery of containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. The Contractor in the price of the offer is obliged to take into account the cost of equipping the property in multi-scale development with containers for segregation of municipal waste, and single-family properties into bags for segregation of municipal waste and in containers;

- cleaning of the site contaminated with waste from containers, containers, bags and vehicles in case of contamination during waste collection;

- collection of waste lying next to filled containers, containers in multi-scale buildings and bringing to order contiguous areas contaminated due to overflow of waste collection containers.

The Contractor shall be obliged to have liability insurance in respect of the activities carried out related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum not less than PLN 250.000,00 for the period of at least the execution of the contract, i.e. from the signing of the contract until 31.12.2022. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste at I. Krasicki 16 St. in Alwernia and the equipment of the PSZOK point. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point will be the location for the collection and temporary storage of selectively collected waste, contained in the municipal waste fraction, provided by the owners of the property covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited properties). Waste collected in the PSZOK will be transferred to the entities entitled to recover or dispose of it, in accordance with the applicable rules in this regard.

The Contractor shall be obliged to have liability insurance in respect of the activities carried out related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum not less than PLN 100.000,00 for the period of at least the execution of the contract, i.e. from the signing of the contract until 31.12.2022.

Detailed description of the item of the order is annex 9 b to the SWZ

The object of the order is the collection and development of waste from containers KP-7 set in the area of the Alwernia Community and Alwernia town, i.e. one KP-7 container in the parking lot at Grojc cemetery and one KP-7 container in the parking lot at Alwernia cemetery. Waste collected from the sołectw and the city of Alwernia will be transferred to the entities entitled to recover or dispose of them, in accordance with the applicable rules in this regard.

The Contractor shall be obliged to have liability insurance in respect of the activities carried out related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum not less than PLN 100.000,00 for the period of at least the execution of the contract, i.e. from the signing of the contract until 31.12.2022.
