Ophthalmology PMS and Imaging Solution

This procurement is for the provision of a Patient Management System (PMS) and Imaging Solution.

An electronic patient management system for ophthalmology is required to enable all patient information to be recorded in a central location and in-turn provide instant access to all of the necessary information to help improve clinical care. An imaging solution for ophthalmology is required to enable several devices, that record medical exam data, to be connected to a central location.

The system must be an 'On-Premise' implementation and must be market ready, available 'off the shelf'.


Ophthalmology Patient Management System

An electronic patient management system for ophthalmology is required to enable all patient information to be recorded in a central location and in-turn provide instant access to all of the necessary information to help improve clinical care.


Ophthalmology Imaging Solution

An imaging solution for ophthalmology is required to enable several devices, that record medical exam data, to be connected to a central location.


Ophthalmology PMS (Combined Solution)

An electronic patient management system for ophthalmology is required to enable all patient information to be recorded in a central location and in-turn provide instant access to all of the necessary information to help improve clinical care.

Where a tender is submitted in response to Lot 3a the bidder must also submit a response to Lot 3b for the tender to be accepted and vice versa. The purpose of Lot 3a and Lot 3b is to provide an option for a bidder to submit a tender to supply a single solution to meet both ophthalmology patient management and imaging needs.


Imaging Solution (Combined Solution)

An imaging solution for ophthalmology is required to enable several devices, that record medical exam data, to be connected to a central location.

Where a tender is submitted in response to Lot 3a the bidder must also submit a response to Lot 3b for the tender to be accepted and vice versa. The purpose of Lot 3a and Lot 3b is to provide an option for a bidder to submit a Tender to supply a single solution to meet both ophthalmology patient management and imaging needs.
