The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is hereby pleased to request for

your quotation (RFQ) for a Pilatus PC-12 NG flight simulator training Wet lease and

Dry lease (recurrent/upgrade training) and simulator teacher training at supplier´s facility for year 2023 and

option years 2024 and 2025.

1. Recurrent training for 26 pilots including only simulator training.

2. 13 aircrews including 2 pilots each

3. 3 slots, á 4 hours each

Totally 39 slots, 156 hours.

Total slots shall be divided into DRY and WET-lease.

Allocation of DRY and WET-lease principle slots is confirmed later by customer.

Additionally, 0-3 courses for simulator teachers.

Options for years 2024 and 2025 with the same concept as year 2023.

Training schedule:

Recurrent/Upgrade training shall be held during year 2023. Training possibility should be valid until the end of the year 2023.

Training shall be held according to customers own training program.

Training schedule shall be confirmed later between the customer and the supplier.

Years 2024 and 2025: recurrent/upgrade training is scheduled initially between the

beginning of May - end of June 2024 and 2025.

The training shall be held by customers own training program.

The training schedule shall be confirmed later between the Customer and the

Supplier.

The Customer must collect the options by the end of February each year.

The Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing about using the option.

The options are subject to the same terms of contract as the first year 2023
