The subject of the order is a delivery consisting in the Sale of electricity.

The Contracting Authority divided the subject of the contract into IV Tasks:

1) Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTATION POOL - Task I;

2) Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTATION 3 NSB – Task II;

3) Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTATION BARRACKS 2 - Task III;

4) Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTACJA CAR PARK – Task IV.

The objects constituting the subject of the contract are located in the complexes at 105 Szubińska Street and 14 Potockiego Street in Bydgoszcz.

Each task is a separate part of the contract.

Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTACJA BASEN – Task I;

During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party forecasts electricity consumption at the following levels, respectively:

for Task No. 1 - up to 1 886 MWh (including approx. 986 MWh in the morning peak, approx. 151 MWh in the afternoon peak

and approx. 749 MWh in the remaining hours of the day),

Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTATION 3 NSB – Task II;

The Ordering Party, during the term of the contract, forecasts electricity consumption at the level of:

Task No. 2 - up to 3,204 MWh (including approx. 666 MWh in the morning peak, approx. 450 MWh in the afternoon peak

and approx. 2 088 MWh in the remaining hours of the day),

Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTATION BARRACKS 2 – Task III;

The Ordering Party, during the term of the contract, forecasts electricity consumption at the level of:

Task III - up to 2 779 MWh (including approx. 1 512 MWh in the peak zone and approx. 1 267 MWh in the off-peak zone),

Sale of electricity - TRAFOSTACJA CAR PARK – Task IV.

The Ordering Party, during the term of the contract, forecasts electricity consumption at the level of:

Task No. 4 - up to 688 MWh (including approx. 310 MWh in the peak zone and approx. 378 MWh in the off-peak zone).
