The total amount of the contract is estimated at € 396,000.00 plus VAT within the terms of the law, divided as follows:

- € 216,000.00 plus VAT within the terms of the law for the three-year contract calculated by applying a percentage of remuneration for the service of 12% to the presumed annual receipts based on the tender and subject to reduction;

- € 144,000.00 plus VAT within the terms of the law in case of activation of the renewal of the contract by the Administration, for a maximum of two additional years following the expiry of the contract.

- € 36,000.00 plus VAT within the terms of the law for the activation of any extension of the contract pursuant to art. 106 co. 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 pending the completion of the tender procedure for the identification of the new successful bidder and in any case, for a period of time not exceeding six months following the expiry of the contract;

- € 0.00 plus VAT in the terms of the law for security charges from interference not subject to discount
