Conversion and renovation of the former factory building O1 (AWE) into a sports and event hall "Wartburg Arena" - Planning technical equipment, plant groups 4 – 6

The currently fallow area of the industrial monument O1 in the center of the city of Eisenach is to be renovated and supplemented with a new building to a 3-field sports hall for competition, school and club sports as well as an event center. The arena is to be designed for about 4,000 spectator seats. The hall must be suitable for the 1.Handballbundesliga.

The subject of this award procedure is the necessary planning services for technical plants in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 53- 56 for the plant groups (ALG)

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunications and information technology systems,

6. conveyor systems,

in the work phases (LP) 1-9 in stepwise commissioning.

The subject of this award procedure is the necessary planning services for technical plants in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 53- 56 for the plant groups (ALG) 4-6

Initially, only level 1a is commissioned.

In order to ensure the planning services required for this, the client intends to commission a competent contractor as a result of a VgV invitation to tender with the services indicated in the tender notice in accordance with the contract for specialist planning – technical equipment (plant).

Events

Planning is to begin immediately after the planning services have been awarded.

LP 3 Design planning / HU construction until 11.04.2024

Submission of the building application until 13.05.2024

Start of construction demolition / earthworks 26.06.2024

Start of construction of new building 17.10.2024

Reference and setup user 03.12.2026
