The subject of the contract is the delivery, extension and implementation of the Electronic Medical Records system along with the delivery of the IT infrastructure for the Provincial Hospital for Nervous and Mentally Ill People in Lubiąż.

The scope of the contract includes:

a) Expansion of the HIS system existing at the Employer's site or its replacement with functionalities enabling the keeping of patient medical records (EDM), delivery and launching of software aimed at implementing modern e-services (e-platform), collectively referred to as ZSI in accordance with Annex 1 and 1A

b) the supply and installation of computer hardware in accordance with Annex 1B

c) supply and installation of the database in accordance with Annex 1C

d) integration with the systems used by the Employer in accordance with Annex 1D

e) execution of the backbone network in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 1E

f) training the Employer's staff
