Statens vegvesen is in process of upgrading European Road 16 between Sandvika and Vøyenenga. The project includes 2, 3 km tunnel, of which 1, 7 km are through rock and the remaining part is through two large and complex building pits; Mølla and Franzefoss.
Strut loads in 26 wire struts divided in four sections, shall be measured Deformation in a total of 6 sections, shall be measured. All meters shall be subject to remote reading and connected to a web-based system for following-up of the result.
