The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity expected for the delivery of trisodium salt during the term of the Agreement in accordance with the following.
The actual amount of trisodium salt supplied can range from 72,380 kg to 103,400 kg.
The above provision results from the possibility of reducing electricity production caused by the amount of energy demand by the national power system and in the event of a failure of generating equipment at the Ordering Party, causing a long-term maintenance shutdown or reducing the demand for trisodium salt as a result of optimizing the operation of power units.
