This tender concerns the purchase of health and care services for a number of municipalities that are members of KomUdbud. The tender is divided geographically into 7 lots. The covered temporary work groups for all the sub-agreements are nurses, social and health care assistants (SSAs) and social and health care assistants (SSHs). Some sub-agreements also include unskilled temporary workers, cf. description of the individual sub-agreements. In this tender, nursing assistants, home helpers, nursing home assistants and nursing students are considered as a substitute for a social and health care assistant. That is, if the contracting entity orders a social and health care assistant and the supplier cannot cover the shift, the supplier has the opportunity to enter into dialogue with the contracting authority about whether the supplier may offer a nursing assistant, home helper, etc. instead. The contracting entity chooses whether the substitute can be accepted or rejected.
