The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection of municipal waste from the Ornet Municipality and its transport to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation.
Installation of the Municipal Waste Processing Installation (hereinafter referred to as IPOK) is Zakład Gospodarki Komunal Waste Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Olsztyn, 53 Lubelska Street (hereinafter referred to as ZGOK) i.e. ZGOK via the transshipment station in Medyny and/ or directly ZGOK
The municipal waste collection service covers all inhabited and uninhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Ornet.
1.Determination of the object of the order:
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection of municipal waste from the Ornet Municipality and its transport to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation.

The municipal waste collection service covers all inhabited and uninhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Ornet.
2.Object range of the order:
1) The service for receiving municipal waste from residential and non-inhabited property owners includes:
(a) the collection of mixed municipal waste and municipal waste selectively collected listed in Table 3 of the SOPZ of Chapter III SWZ 'at source' i.e. directly from the owners of all properties located within the Ornet Community where residents reside and where they do not dwelling inhabitants and municipal waste is created,
(b) receiving expired medicines collected by residents at collection points of expired medicines located in pharmacies, health dispensaries located on the territory of Ornet, along with equipping them with labelled containers intended to collect expired medicines.
A list of points and a description of containers for expired medicines is contained in Table 4 of the SOPZ of Chapter III SWZ.
(c) the organization, maintenance and operation of the Ornet Municipality in the town of Ornet of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter PSZOK). PSZOK conducts a collection of self-supplied by the owners of the property located in the Ornet Community of municipal waste listed in Table 5 of the SOPZ Chapter III SWZ.
(d) transport of municipal waste received 'at source' i.e. directly from the owners of the property located in the municipality of Orneta on which residents live and residents do not reside and municipal waste, collected in the PSZOK (excluding waste code 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03 referred to in § 1 (4) (5) of the SOPZ of Chapter III SWZ) collected at points of expired medicines and collected under the action “exhibition” to IPOK
2) The estimated total amount of municipal waste i.e. municipal waste mixed and collected selectively planned for generation in Ornet Municipality during the period of execution of the subject of the contract i.e. from 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2022r. will be approximately 3 543 Mg,
Including:
- municipal waste mixed— about 2 267 Mg
- municipal waste selectively harved— approximately 1 276 Mg
Attention:
1) The Contractor shall not regulate the receivables for supplied municipal waste covered by the contract to IPOK.
The invoices for the use of waste will be paid for by the Municipality of Orneta.
2) The subject of the contract does not include the transport of construction and demolition waste from the repairs referred to in § 1 (4) (5) of Chapter III SWZ SOPZ (i.e. waste code 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03) to IPOK

4.The Contracting Authority does not request the measures of evidence in question
