The form of a contract is a split contract where the work is started with a construction and foundation contract and then continued with construction, paving and yard contracts.
A separate contract notice is issued for construction, pipe, climate, building automation, electrical and yard contracts.
The construction and foundation contractor will be the main contractor / main contractor until the construction contractor begins work on the site. The construction contractor will act as the general contractor / main contractor from the commencement of the work included in the contract until completion of the project.
Construction and foundation (part of the time), piping, air-conditioning, building automation, electrical and yard works are subordinate to the building (main) contract.
