the services concern the development of workshop vehicles (Vatl) for the needs of the departmental fire and rescue service of Charente-Maritime.The services will be the subject of split framework agreements with purchase orders with only a maximum established in value pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 1, R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The maximum amount of orders per period is set in the special administrative clauses (CCAP). The Framework Agreement for each lot will be concluded with a single economic operator
