The target of the procurement is AEL-Amiedu Oy's (Client or Taitotalo) basic ICT services. The main goal is a reliably functioning, cost-effective and uniform ICT environment and an operating model in which Taitotalo can utilise the supplier's expertise in the daily organisation of ICT services in accordance with Taitotalo's vision and goals.

The procurement covers the following services:

1. Server platform capacity, monitoring and management services

2. Tietoliikennepalvelut

3. Loppukäyttäjäpalvelut

4. Päätelaiteympäristön elinkaaripalvelut

5. Application Management and Monitoring Services

6. Palvelunhallinta.

In addition, the client may acquire ICT expert and development services and equipment during the contract period. However, the Customer is not obliged to acquire the above-mentioned services or equipment.

The aim is to launch the procurement during spring 2024.

Appendices B (ESPD guidelines) and C (Preliminary invitation to tender) are attached to the invitation to participate.

The preliminary call for tenders is accompanied by preliminary drafts of:

- Invitation to negotiate (Annex D) and Draft Framework Agreement (Annex E)

- Annexes 3, 6, 6.1, 8, 9, 9.3, 10, 10.2 and 11 to the invitation to tender

Appendix A (Additional references) and Appendices 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8.1, 8.2, 9.1, 9.2 and 10.1 must be requested from the Customer by e-mail at hankinta@taitotalo.fi. The message should be titled as follows: "ICT basic information technology services /Attachments".

The preliminary invitation to tender and its annexes are not final, but will be specified during the procurement procedure.

The procurement will be carried out as a framework agreement for which one (1) supplier will be selected. The contract period begins when the framework agreement is signed.

The service and service documentation must be produced in Finnish. Technical documentation may also be in English.

The target of the procurement is basic ICT services.
