1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of road salt in bulk to the Ordering Party's warehouse located in Wałbrzych at 58 Beethovena Street (transport base area) in the amount of 8000 Mg in the winter season 2023/2024, i.e. from the signing of the contract until 30.04.2024. Road salt must meet the requirements of Regulation 31 of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways of September 5, 2017 and have a positive IBDiM Technical Opinion and the PZH Hygienic Certificate. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of a minimum of 2000 tonnes under the term of the contract. The remaining quantity should be delivered successively as needed by the Ordering Party within a maximum of 3 days from placing the order. The contracting authority estimates the demand at the level of 250 tons per day in the winter, and the Contractor must guarantee readiness to deliver such a number of tons within 72.
