The purpose of this contract contributes to the achievement of the milestones and objectives of Investment 4 of Component 6 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP) called "Transport Support Programme" and, specifically, to the action "Sustainable, intelligent and connected mobility", and contributes to the fulfilment of the milestones and objectives established in the Agreement of the National Transport Conference setting the criteria for territorial distribution of budget appropriations for the financial years 2021 and 2022, as well as the distribution of those corresponding to the financial year 2021, for the financing of investment actions within the framework of Components 1 "Shock Plan for Sustainable, Safe and Connected Mobility in Urban and Metropolitan Environments" and 6 "Sustainable, Safe and Connected Mobility" of the Recovery Plan, Transformation and Resilience.
The action is part of the Strategic Plan of Galicia 22-30, axis "E2. Green and sustainable Galicia", action priority "PA 2.2 Guarantee sustainable mobility", strategic objective "OE 2.2.1 Promote sustainable and alternative mobility, promoting the use of collective public transport and the use of less polluting means of transport. Compliance with the climate and digital labelling obligations will be ensured, with a percentage of 0% and 100% respectively and the principle of do no significant harm to the environment (DNSH) principle, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish RTRP and the Recovery and Resilience Facility. established by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 and Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020.
