1. Name of the contract: "Provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Marcinowice Commune and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Marcinowice from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2022".

2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties in the commune of Marcinowice, where municipal waste is generated and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Marcinowice, as well as their management.

4. The subject of the contract are services for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, from owners of real estate where residents do not live, and waste as well as mixed real estate located in the Marcinowice commune.

5. During the period indicated in item 1 above, the Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage in a manner and frequency specified in SWIZ each amount of the following types of municipal waste:

Mixed municipal waste (20 03 01),

Municipal waste collected separately containing fractions of: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass and multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste, biodegradable kitchen waste (15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99, 20 02 01, 20 01 08),

Furniture and bulky waste, bulky electrical and electronic equipment, used fluorescent lamps, used tires (15 01 03, 20 01 21 *, 20 01 23 *, 20 01 35 *, 20 01 36, 20 03 07, 20 03 99, 16 01 03),

As well as the collection and management of any amount of municipal waste deposited at the PSZOK in Marcinowice, including the following types of municipal waste:

Packaging containing residues of or contaminated by hazardous substances (e.g. toxicity class I and II plant protection products - very toxic and toxic) (15 01 10 *),

Worn tires (16 01 03),

Minor renovation waste: concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolition and renovation, brick rubble, building glass (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 02 02),

Insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (17 06 04),

Waste chemicals other than those mentioned in 16 05 06, 16 05 07 or 16 05 08 (16 05 09),

Batteries and accumulators other than those mentioned in 20 01 33 (20 01 34),

Waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (20 01 36),

6. The tasks of the Contractor will also include:

Real estate equipment with containers for municipal waste - in accordance with Annex 4 to the ToR,

Purchase and distribution of bags for waste collected in a selective manner - in accordance with Annex 4 to the ToR,

Preparation of municipal waste collection schedules and their distribution,

Monitoring the correctness of the declared selective municipal waste collection carried out by property owners.

7. In addition, the Contractor is required to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the ToR, applicable law and the contract.

8. The contractor is responsible for achieving levels of municipal waste recovery, taking into account the levels of recovery indicated in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended ), By the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 December 2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of some municipal waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels for reducing the storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).

9. The service of collecting and managing municipal waste must be carried out in accordance with applicable law indicated in the ToR.
