Framework Agreement for Regulatory Technical Control Services related to the work carried out at Marseille Provence Airport

This contract includes the missions of the technical controller in the context of projects carried out at Marseille Provence Airport. The technical controller will be required to intervene in various phases of a project, ranging from the design, the execution of the work, the acceptance of the work, to the guarantee of perfect completion. The missions concern:- the solidity, safety, hygiene and environment of people both in public buildings, and in terms of the regulations of the labor code, in the design and/or construction phases.- the Initial Electrical Inspection (VIEL)- assistance in the drafting of safety notices, disabled accessibility and disability accessibility certificates- punctual technical assistance- "asbestos" diagnoses before work, including demolition and technical equipment- "lead" diagnostics before works, including demolition- "asbestos and PAHs, coal in asphalt" diagnostics before works, including demolitionThis is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum amount over 4 years of 150,000 euros excluding tax and a maximum amount over 4 years of 600,000 euros excluding taxThe cases that will result from the framework agreement will be dealt with in tranches of works for amounts: - Less than €100,000 excl. VAT - From €100,001 excl. VAT to €500,000 excl. VAT - From €500,001 excl. VAT to €1,000,000 excl. VAT
