The subject of the contract is to provide service support for the elements of HPE data processing and storage infrastructure owned by the Ordering Party, including SAN switches, chassis blades and their components and servers with all installed components, by:

- manufacturer's service in the period and scope of configuration elements for which the manufacturer provides maintenance support services,

- service of the Contractor in the period and scope of configuration elements for which the manufacturer will no longer provide service support services.

The subject of the contract includes the basic order and the order executed under the option right (Option No. 1 and Option No. 2)

All quality requirements and the manner of performance of the basic contract and the option exercised under the right are indicated in the documentation of the proceedings (SWZ and annexes)
