The Agglomeration Community is renovating part of the audiovisual equipment for three rooms. The document covers audiovisual, conference and sound equipment installed in the rooms of the Urban Community in Béthune, Lillers and Nœux-les-Mines. Each of these rooms is specific in terms of its use and functions. The objective is to improve its functioning while standardizing its uses if possible.

Salle de Béthune: stable and robust operation of audio conferencing, while retaining the modularity of the room. Added voting function.

Lillers room: improvement of the ergonomics and modularity of the room, for projection and conference.

Nœux-les-Mines room: improvement of the video projection above the platform.

Form of contract: ordinary. Award of a single market. Any additional services are provided for in the CED (details: article 2.4 of the consultation regulations and in the CCTP).
