The city development company Hansestadt Herford mbH is currently planning and realizing the largely empty buildings of the former Hammersmith barracks for long-term use by the University of Applied Sciences for Finance North Rhine-Westphalia (FHF NRW). 3 of the buildings (houses 2, 3 and 4) are to be renovated and are intended for long-term use as living space for up to 360 students and lecturers. In order to accommodate the required space program in the houses, they receive an additional storey as an additional floor and an additional staggered storey; the existing top floors will be dismantled. The subject of the services to be performed in this trade are the landscaping work along with accompanying demolition and civil engineering work.
