3. The name of the order included in the title of the order does not constitute the own name of the producers/distributors of the products, but is the only auxiliary designation used by the Ordering Party.

1.0 Biomass pyrolysis furnace — biochar production
1.1 The furnace has automatic control of the pyrolysis process.
1.2 The furnace contains a gas-tight retort for carrying out the pyrolysis process.
1.3 Retort made of heat-resistant steel grade 1.4841.
1.4 Material of heating elements – Kanthal.
1.5 The furnace contains thermocouples type K. Control thermocouple – adjustment based on measurement from the retort.
1.6 Maximum oven temperature not less than 800 ºC.
1.7 The furnace is protected against exceeding the maximum temperature.
1.8 Continuous operating temperature not less than 700 ºC.
1.9 The furnace allows operation in vacuum or pyrolysis under inert gas flow conditions, e.g. nitrogen.
1.10 The furnace includes a connection connection for a minimum of three process gases.
1.11 The furnace includes a connection to the vacuum pump.
1.12 The furnace shall be capable of operating with the vacuum pump on or off. Possibility to change the operating mode during the process.
1.13 Operation with the vacuum pump switched on to a temperature of not less than 700 ºC.
1.14 The size of the furnace chamber allows pyrolysis of biomass with a volume of not less than 1,5 dm3.
1.15 Process chamber volume not less than 10 dm3.
1.16 Exhaust gas can be discharged through both the chimney and the vacuum pump system with filter system.
1.17 The furnace has a closed-circuit cooling system for cooling furnace components with
water/air heat exchanger.
1.18 The furnace allows the collection of pyrolysis condensates.
1.19 Pyrolysis condensate tank equipped with a drain valve for draining condensates.
1.20 The furnace includes an additional control and measurement system for measuring the temperature inside the retort.
1.21 PID process control method.
1.22 Mass flow regulator included in the gas supply system and operator panel.
1.23 The furnace contains a minimum of 4 biomass containers, adapted to the shape and dimensions of the retort.
1.24 The volume of biomass containers not less than 0.5 dm3.
1.25 The furnace includes a touch operator panel with an intuitive graphical interface for setting and controlling the pyrolysis process.
1.26 The furnace is equipped with a hood as part of the extraction system, for installation above the device.
1.27 Communication of the furnace with the control device via RJ45 (LAN) and via wireless transmission (Wi-Fi)
1.28 Furnace instruction manual in Polish or English.
2.0 Furnace Operation Software
2.1 Enabling data archiving, report printing, data visualization, graphic visualization of the temperature profile.
2.2 Enabling registration of the course of the set heating process.
2.3 Enabling pressure/vacuum control.
2.4 Providing automatic control with programmable multi-stage heating/cooling curve.
2.5 Allowing to set the temperature, time to reach the set temperature and soak time at a given temperature.
2.6 Enabling the introduction of shielding gas at the selected stage of the annealing curve.
2.7 Giving the possibility of starting the pump at the selected stage of the annealing curve.
2.8 The number of segments of the temperature program not lower than 10.
2.9 Possibility to program a minimum of 10 temperature programs.
2.10 Software User Manual in Polish or English.
3.0 Vacuum pump with filter cartridges
3.1 Generating a final pressure of at least 10-2 mbar.
