The subject of the Order is the management and supervision over the implementation of the investment task under the Project entitled: "Modernization of railway line No. 97 on the section Żywiec - Sucha Beskidzka", which consists of Construction Contracts, listed in point 2.1 of Volume I SWZ - IDW and in Volume III SWZ - OPZ.

Management and supervision over the implementation of Construction Contracts:

1. Construction contract No. 1 - planned to be implemented in the Design and Build system under the contract entitled: "Design and execution of works for the task entitled: "Modernization of railway line No. 97 on the section Żywiec-Sucha Beskidzka""

a) Basic scope - performing engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the field of single-track railway line No. 97 Skawina-Żywiec on the section Sucha Beskidzka-Żywiec from km 45.855 to km 81.162 along with the reconstruction of the passing lane in Hucisko in the scope of the track system with turnouts and drainage, railway subgrade, geology, geotechnics, engineering structures, rail-road crossings and crossings, roads, passenger service facilities and small architecture, facilities and buildings used to conduct railway traffic, railway traffic control equipment, traction power engineering, power engineering up to 1 kV, LPN power engineering, telecommunications, environmental protection, removing collisions with external and internal networks, demolition and liquidation of infrastructure, felling of trees and shrubs, in accordance with the scope and requirements specified in OPZ.

b) Under Construction Contract No. 1, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the Option Rights:

- Option Law No. 1 - engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the field of comprehensive reconstruction of the overhead contact line to type C120-2C on the section Sucha Beskidzka-Żywiec;

- Option Law No. 2 - engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the field of installation of computer srk devices at the Jeleśnia station along with the construction of power supply for these devices;

- Option Law No. 3 - engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the field of construction of the Żywiec 700th anniversary passenger stop in a new location along with the entire accompanying infrastructure;

- Option Law No. 4 - engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the extension of the double-edge platform from 200 m to 300 m together with the entire accompanying infrastructure at the Jeleśnia station;

- Option Law No. 5 - engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the field of construction of a new drainage system on the section Sucha Beskidzka-Żywiec: from km 47.184 to km 81.162 (to the junction of the pre-digging junction No. 5 at the Żywiec station), with the exception of: Lachowice station, Hucisko passing lane, Jeleśnia station and Żywiec Sporysz station;

- Option Law No. 6 - engineering supervision over the design and execution of works in the field of adapting access to rail-road crossings to the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 20 October 2015 on technical conditions to be met by the intersection of railway lines and sidings with roads and their location - in accordance with the scope and requirements specified in the OPZ;

2. Construction contract No. 2 – planned to be implemented as a design service under the contract entitled: "Development of design documentation for construction works along with author's supervision for the task entitled: "Execution of works on engineering structures on the railway line No. 97 on the section Żywiec-Sucha Beskidzka""

Basic scope - performing engineering supervision over the execution of design documentation along with obtaining final administrative decisions necessary to carry out construction works for engineering structures (9 railway bridges), in accordance with the scope and requirements specified in the OPZ.

Under Construction Contract No. 1, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the Option Right:

- Option Right No. 7 - performing engineering supervision over the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining final administrative decisions necessary to carry out construction works for the railway bridge over the Soła River at 80.442 km and the railway viaduct at 80.880 km - in accordance with the scope and requirements specified in OPZ.
