Purchase of reagents and consumables along with the lease of analytical platforms, sample sorter and professional glucose determination system - for a period of 24 months for the needs of the Laboratory Diagnostics Department

The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is specified:

1) in the model agreement constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ

2) in the Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, which will constitute an attachment to the concluded contract and

3) in the FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION constituting Annexes No. 3 to the SWZ, which will constitute annexes to the concluded contract.
