The building consists of 3 parts. The gross floor area of the building is 19,700.00 m2 and the gross volume is 60,000.00 m3. The administration building was erected in 1951. It has been a listed building since 2001. The renovation will be carried out in one construction phase. As part of the renovation project, work (residual services) for the execution of floor coverings (other) must be carried out, among other things.
