This consultation concerns the provision and implementation of a Chatbot solution to exchange with users in the form of text chats and/or voice chats.
The Chatbot must be able to be integrated into drupal content management tools (CMS) or in the web portal (PHP) of the dem@'tic Healthcare platform and must therefore have 'open API and strong integration capabilities.
The Chatbot must have an artificial intelligence engine that allows it to interpret user requests in order to respond by “understanding”, context and possible solutions.
