The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding, forest maintenance and services including nursery management, seed and selection work to be carried out at the Dretyń Forest District in 2020

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding, and forest maintenance to be carried out in the Dretyń Forest District in 2020 in the Bożanka and Dretyń forestry.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as forest maintenance, resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

Description of the rules of the procedure of making forest work acceptance is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

The contractor will perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Employer's Representatives (the "Order"). The content of the Order is specified in the public procurement contract (Annex 13 to the ToR).

Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order.
