The ICT service will include the provision, management and support of secure off-site hosting of key applications, databases, software and user data; complete management of the ICT infrastructure (including wide area network/connectivity, corporate wi-fi, telephony, desktop management, print services, domain administration, anti-virus/anti-spam and endpoint protection, etc.); support of Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) unit hardware; provision of a ‘cloud’ email solution; provision of a comprehensive support and maintenance service (1st line through to 3rd line); professional services (such as for project management, migration, testing and potentially user training) and management of third-party providers of software and services as may be used by Sport Aberdeen for specific components. The ICT services provider will also be expected to provide on-going strategic and operational advice, delivering regular performance reports and statistics as well as ideas and recommendations for ensuring that Sport Aberdeen's ICT systems remain up-to-date and stay aligned with industry trends/best practice as well as the organisation's developing requirements.
