The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with IT infrastructure in the form of a hardware solution or, in case of insufficient resources, purchase equipment in a separate procedure based on suggestions from the Contractor. The Contracting Authority does not have any software, including system and database, which will be used for the execution of this order excluding workstation operating systems. On the side of the Ordering Party is the provision of IT infrastructure along with system software.
The Contractor shall give the Contracting Authority within 14 days of signing the contract the minimum parameters of the IT infrastructure needed for the proper operation of the ZSI. Until the purchase of the infrastructure by the Ordering Party, however, not more than 6 months from the date of delivery of the minimum parameters, the Contractor shall make his own server available for the purposes of the service covered by this order.
The ZSI offered must be a fully integrated system, comprising the following functional ranges (modules):
1. Finance and Accounting (FK);
2. Durable Property (MT);
3. Personnel and Wages (KDP);

All modules of procured software must create an integrated system, i.e. provide single data input, access to the necessary data functionality without replicating, copying or re-entering, and instant visibility changes made to the data in all places where the data is used. The Contracting Authority expects to reflect in the Electronic Document Circulation (EOD) the processes occurring in the unit described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. However, it is possible to change the process if the Ordering Party comes to the conclusion that the change will optimize and improve the whole process.
