The subject of the Order is the implementation of the first stage of the investment task Modernization of the 110 kV switching station in Energa Kogeneracja Sp. z o. o. Works will be carried out on the basis of the executive project of the modernization of the R 110 kV Switchboard, developed by ELFEKO SA from Gdynia, owned by the Employer.

1. The subject of the Order is the implementation of the first stage of the investment task Modernization of the 110 kV switching station in Energa Kogeneracja Sp. z o. o. Works will be carried out on the basis of the executive project of the modernization of the R 110 kV Switchboard, developed by ELFEKO SA from Gdynia, owned by the Employer.

2. The Employer will provide the facility for the purpose of making a local vision of the object covered by the Order on a date (before the deadline for submission of bids) convenient for the given Contractor, if possible between 10:00 and 14:00. Making a local visit is possible only after agreeing with the Employer. The Employer allows the Contractor to obtain in this way on his responsibility and risk any additional information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer and the conclusion of the contract and performance of the Order. The local vision is not a meeting of Contractors referred to in art. 38 section 3 of the Act; therefore, during the local visit, the Employer will not accept questions for clarification of the ToR, nor will it answer questions of Contractors. The costs of conducting the site visit to the facility covered by the subject of the Order shall be borne by the Contractor.
