Explanation:
The assignment includes a framework contract for the supply of beverages at various municipal locations as well as the furnishing and installation and maintenance of, among other things, cooling and tapping installations for the various municipal locations for the period 2023-2032, concluded with one entrepreneur.
Scope of the assignment
By way of indicative, the turnover for these deliveries (spread over the entire duration of the agreement, i.e. 10 years and including all participating locations and price evolution) is estimated at 1 678 430.84 euros excl or 1 948 885.60 euros incl. 6 and 21% VAT ((gross value for discount incl. indexation).
This estimate is indicative, the tenderer cannot claim compensation if this amount is not achieved or exceeded. By tendering for this contract, the tenderer acknowledges that he knows the scope of the contract and confirms that he can carry out the supplies equally for each location.
No exclusivity. It is a non-exclusive framework agreement, which means that neither an exclusivity contract nor a purchase obligation applies. If, for example, a drink is not available for a certain occasion through the supplier of the framework agreement, the board can make these purchases elsewhere without any compensation being due. In this case, the board itself is responsible for the handling of the empties, etc.
Delivery place:
The assignment must be carried out at the following locations: The Zoerla (Gevaertlaan), the Merodezaal (Heultjedorp), multipurpose room in Voortkapel (Stijn Streuvelsstraat), the town hall (Boerenkrijglaan), the cafeteria behind the town hall.
The board can decide to close or relocate one of these locations. In the event of closure, the tenderer cannot claim any compensation.
In the event of a move or the opening of a new location, it will be checked whether the new location can be operated under the same conditions as in this agreement. If that is the case, the board may decide to allocate the additional location within the same contract for the remaining duration of the contract.
If a different form of beverage delivery is chosen in the new location (e.g. allocation via concession or to be accommodated in a third lot), the contractor cannot claim any compensation.
