“Construction of a communication system for the operation of the Wroclaw Sports Centre”.

1.2.1. The decision to authorise the implementation of a road investment with the rigor of immediate feasibility with the division into stages together with a certificate of its finality.

a) Acquisition of maps for design purposes

b) The concept of road layout taking into account the W3 roadway for the target stage

c) Discussion of the developed concept with the participation of municipal units: BZM, WIM, WWE, MPWiK S.A. ZdiUM, ZZM and WKS Śląsk Wrocław, followed by adjoining RO Investment together with obtaining a positive opinion of the units of the Municipality of Wrocław, RO and sports club to join the development of:

1.3. Perform of authorial supervision.

The performance of copyright supervision is the primary obligation of the designer as defined in the provision of Article 20 (1) (4) of the Construction Law. Author supervision consists in establishing in progress of construction works compliance with the project, as well as agreeing on the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to those provided for in the project, notified by the construction manager or the supervision inspector of authorial supervision.
