The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier PER LOT which, as an intermediary, will ensure the provision of licences for 'commercial off-the-shelf', 'software-as-a-service', platform-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-service' software.

The market is subdivided into two lots:

• Lot 1: MICROSOFT products (including MACC AZURE portal)

• Lot 2: ADOBE products

For both lots, the contract also covers the execution of "additional support services" such as implementation, maintenance and support, and advice on forms of licensing.
