Painting and covering work for properties in Greater Oslo.

The contracts will cover ordinary painting and covering work, and historical painting and covering work. 

For properties in Oslo, the contracts will come into force from 02.01.2024. The contracts will include ordinary painting work from the start-up. We currently have framework agreements for historical painting and covering work that expire on 10.05.2024. Historical painting and covering work will be phased into the new framework agreements when the existing contracts expire. Properties outside Oslo Municipality that are included in the contract will be phased in from 16.10.2024, see point 2.2. See the tender documentation for further details on this.
