renting shared bicycles with smart technology to continue the existing bike sharing system for the municipalities of De Panne, Koksijde and the city of Veurne.

The basic question consists of a shared bike system with 105 standard bikes.

The tenderer can propose 2 variants. The first variant includes a mix of standard bikes and E-bikes (60/60) and the second variant only includes 120 E-bikes.

This project can count on European subsidies within the framework of the INTERREG V programme, project TRANSMOBIL. The Transmobil project runs until the end of 2022.

The total assignment runs over 4 years.
