- “Rules of forest breeding” — introduced by Order No 53 of the Director General of State Forests of 21 November 2011,
- 'Forest Conservation Instruction' - introduced by Order No 57 of the Director General of State Forests of 22 November 2011,
- “Occupational safety and safety instructions for carrying out basic work in the field of forest management” - introduced by Order No 36 of the Director General of State Forests of 20 April 2012,
- “Forest Fire Protection Instruction” - introduced by Order No. 54 of the Director General of State Forests of 21 November 2011,
- Order No 40 of the Director General of State Forests of 6 October 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of works carried out by at least two persons (i.e. spr. GB-021-2/2011),
- Order No 66 of the Director General of State Forests of 7 November 2019 on the introduction of guidelines under the name “Forest Use Principles” in the organizational units of State Forests (sign: ZM.7603.13.2019),
- FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes), rules, criteria and standards.
The Contractor shall comply with the implementation of the subject of the contract technical conditions for wood raw material in accordance with the Order of the Director-General of State Forests No 51 of 30 September 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions applicable to the marketing of raw material woodworking in the State Forest Farm State Forests.
The estimated value of the contract below does not include the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP and Options.
Package 8 Forestry nurseriesThe subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber, nursery, seed, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other forestry management and meadow and agricultural management work to be carried out in the Sobibór Forest District in 2022. total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber, nursery, seed, maintenance of tourism and educational infrastructure, other forestry and meadow and agricultural management work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
