Færder Municipality, c/o the Property Management Department, would like to enter into a framework agreement for ventilation work and installations with cooling/heating media with up to 3 tenderers.

The contract includes work on ventilation installations, such as faultfinding/repairs and minor development projects, extensions and alterations of existing installations.

A two year framework agreement will be signed with an option to extend for one year + one year.

The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 4 million excluding VAT a year. Total of NOK 16 million excluding VAT over 4 years.

This is only an estimate and it is not binding for the municipality.

The municipality has installed cooling/freezing systems in some buildings and cooling systems in various data and ICT rooms. Tenderers must be able to service these and possibly replace installations or installation parts if this is the most advantageous solution.

Tenderers must have knowledge of central operations of ventilation plants and plants with heating/cooling media. Programming of PLS/Controllers. Tenderers must also facilitate necessary signals to and from our central Building Management system (Citect).

The contract also includes consultancy services in connection with assessment of assignments. The list is not exhaustive.
