This consultation has been put into an open call for tenders. It relates to the conclusion of a contract for the realization of the works of the 5th phase of public developments relating to the ZAC Parc d'Affaires in Asnières-sur-Seine. The scope of intervention is specified in the CCTP and in the market plans. The market is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 VRD, Lot 2 Public lighting, Lot 3 Green spaces, each lot consists of a firm slice and two optional tranches. Lot number 1 is paid at a mixed price. There is a contract duration of 19 months and the execution times are indicated in the CCTP of the contract.

Travaux VRD is broken down into 3 sections. The holder shall be remunerated on a flat-rate and unitary basis.

Public lighting works broken down into 3 tranches, the service provider is remunerated on the of a fixed overall price.

Works of green spaces broken down into 3 tranches, the service provider is remunerated on the of a fixed overall price.
