The purpose of the framework contract is to provide the contracting authority with highly qualified environmental, techno-economic analysis and scientific support for the policy-making process on the implementation of product policies, namely the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, or Ecodesign Directive until adoption of ESPR, and the EU Ecolabel where appropriate.
