supply of crockery and kitchen and catering utensils for professional use for the municipality of Puteaux and its holiday centresThe supply of these products concerns the municipality of Puteaux (92) but also the holiday centres it owns, namely:- the Hôtel du Crêt du Loup in La Clusaz (Haute-Savoie);- the Residence of the "Three Hamlets" in Ploemeur (Morbihan). In view of the uncertain volume of orders carried out, the contract is a single-contractor framework agreement which is executed on the basis of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-2 para. 2, R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The thresholds for orders to be placed are as follows:- minimum annual amount: No minimum amount- maximum annual amount: 100,000 euro(s) excluding VATThe contracting authority could order up to 35,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax of services per year.
