The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection and management of waste with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 (overhead fraction) in the amount of part II. I 7 500 Mg/year, part I. II 7 500 Mg/year. The public contract covers waste resulting from the mechanical treatment of municipal waste, on a sieve with a mesh size of 80 mm (over-sieve fraction) and subjected to a manual sorting process.

On the sorting line, on separate technological nodes, mixed municipal waste and waste from selective collection of municipal waste are processed.
From March 2023, the collection of waste in baled form.
The deadline for the performance of the contract from 01.01.2023 until the quantitative range is exhausted, but not longer than until 31.12.2023.

Order description:
1. Public procurement is covered by waste resulting from mechanical treatment of municipal waste, 80 mm mesh size (overset fraction) and undergoing manual sorting process.
a. Waste is subjected to magnetic separation.

2. Mixed municipal waste and waste from selective municipal waste collection are processed on the sorting line at separate technology hubs.
3. Transport of waste on the Contractor's side, at his expense, including in terms of transport costs, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading.
4. The Ordering Party has six pressoconters: Model PC 6500, capacity 32 m3, for press (desktop compact) model KPHS 1900.
5. The Ordering Party allows partial collection of waste by dump trucks. In this case, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of collecting waste in bulk until the end of February 2023.
6. From March 2023, the collection of waste in baled form.
7. The Contractor is obliged to organize the collection of waste in a way that ensures the continuity of the sorting line. Estimated amount of waste generated in one working day: approx. 120 Mg.
8. In the case of waste collection in press containers, provide additional press containers in an amount that ensures continuity of work on the sorting line.
9. Implementation of the service on working days during the working hours of the Plant.
10. The total amount of waste to be managed during the term of the contract, the daily amount of waste generated on the sorting line and the monthly amount of waste transferred for management, provided by the Ordering Party, may be increased or reduced by a maximum of 20%.
11. If the amount of waste delivered during the term of the contract is less than the amount presented in the description, the Ordering Party has the right to withdraw from further delivery of waste without any financial consequences and compensation to the Contractor.
12. The Ordering Party reserves that due to the direct production of waste ex 19 12 12 from municipal waste delivered on an ongoing basis, it is not possible to determine the quantitative, qualitative and morphological parameters of waste provided to the Contractor under this contract guaranteed by the Ordering Party. Therefore, the Contractor may not assert any claims from the Ordering Party in this respect. It is recommended that the Contractor, before submitting the offer, inspect the waste being the subject of the contract on the premises of the Ordering Party's installation on working days from 700 to 1500 after prior appointment with the Ordering Party.
13. The Contractor shall accept waste from the Ordering Party in a successive manner, consistent with the needs of the Ordering Party.
14. The Contractor shall collect waste from the Ordering Party within 48 hours from the moment of submitting the notification by the Ordering Party.
15. The Contractor shall guarantee the collection and acceptance of waste in the amount of at least 1200 Mg / month.
