The subject of the contract for the implementation of the task - the investment entitled: RES in PEC-Gliwice

Task 1.

Delivery and assembly (photovoltaic microinstallation with a capacity of up to 50 kW) of the field of hybrid PVT collectors in the following industries: construction, construction, electrical, i&C according to the requirements of PEC-Gliwice sp. z o. o. and applicable regulations.

The scope of work includes all work and activities necessary to complete the task, including the following elements:

delivery and assembly of microinstallations (photovoltaic microinstallation with a capacity of up to 50 kW) of hybrid PVT solar panels with terrestrial cable routes, cables, if required - an inverter with a power matched to the power of photovoltaic panels with the possibility of connecting energy storage. (Part of the PV investment). The delivered and installed elements must meet the program of supporting the project in the field of renewable energy sources for ENTREPRENEURS UNDER THE TITLE "50 kW NA START" announced by WFOŚiGW in Katowice

Exercise 2

2.1 Execution of the construction and executive design of the PVT photovoltaic microinstallation together with cable and hydraulic routes for the purpose of heating domestic hot water for the purposes of the ZC-4 plant baths and in the case of overproduction of heat surplus referral to MSC. Required industries: construction, construction, electrical, hydraulic, i&C; other as needed. Design works should be carried out according to the requirements and under the supervision of PEC-Gliwice Sp. z o. o. taking into account applicable regulations. The scope of the task also includes the transfer to the contracting authority of copyright and property rights to design documentation and the transfer of author's economic rights to changes and modifications of these works and the transfer to the Ordering Party of derivative rights to all works made by the Contractor as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract.

2.2 The scope of the task includes the delivery and installation of the hydraulic system together with hot water heaters for the purposes of the ZC4 baths and m.s.c. redundant heaters compensating for transmission losses in the heating network. Deliveries and assembly works (including transplanting trees within the Ordering Party's plots) should be carried out according to the created project. The scope of the task includes the cost of carrying out all tests, acceptance and costs related to the development of documentation as well as the process of acceptance of devices, installation and control automation and visualization of the installation's operation.

The scope of work includes all work and activities necessary to complete the task, including the following elements:

• development of a construction project including land development project and architectural and construction design together with technical design, required arrangements and decisions and permits, along with obtaining the final decision of the building permit (if required). The development of design documentation must take place taking into account the location of the project indicated by the Contracting Authority according to variant II of the concept held,

• preparation of requests for opinions, arrangements, permits, decisions,

• obtaining opinions, agreements, permits, decisions and derogations (if it is necessary to obtain derogations),

• preparation of non-mentioned design studies, and related to the requirements of opinion-giving units, but not exceeding the subject of the contract,

• Acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party before all offices concerning this contract.

• Execution of the investment implementation schedule.

• Delivery, assembly, commissioning and training of PEC - Gliwice service in the operation of all installations with fittings, tanks, heat exchangers, heating elements with a power matched to the PV power of PV hybrid PVT collectors, pumps, fittings, safety systems with hydraulic installations with structural panel supports, as well as routes for all installations for hybrid solar panels.
