As part of the B-Plan procedure no. 4/18, a public green corridor is to be created on the former Zapf site next to the "New Kreuzstein Mixed and Residential Quarter". This green corridor is to be developed into the Tappertaue Landscape Park.

The heart of the planned landscape park is the exposure of the Tappert, in the vicinity of which a near-natural park landscape is to be created.

For the project "Tappertaue Landscape Park", basic services according to HOAI in the field of outdoor facility planning according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 2, § 38 ff. are required.

Achievements in work phases 5 to 7 are awarded.

In addition, the following special services are to be offered:

- Presentation of the accounting limit and assignment to project parts 1 and 2 in the

Ausführungsplänen (LPH 5)

- Additional effort for the division of the project into two sub-areas, e.g. separate determination of

Quantities (LPH 6)

- Additional effort for the division of the project into two sub-areas (LPH 7)

The services are ordered in stages:

- Level 1: Performance phases 5 – 6, incl. special achievements

- Level 2: Performance phase 7, incl. special achievements
