Track and ceiling finishing work.

Part KP Herzbergstrasse - A31238,

Major expansion works final state:

- approx. 290 m single track NBS,

- 2 double branches in NBS construction,

- approx. 220 m 3 Concrete base layer broken up in the track,

- approx. 70 m 3 Asphalt base layer in the track,

- approx. 70 m 3 Asphalt binder and ceiling in the track,

- approx. 250 m 2 Road break-up fundamentally outside of the tracks,

- approx. 265 m 3 unbound Base courses and excavated soil Z <= 2,

- approx. 650 t disposal of concrete,

- approx. 350 t disposal of asphalt,

- approx. 500 t disposal of soil and stones.

Phase 0 in the area of planned. Construction turnouts:

- approx. 80 m (2 x 40 m) existing track with asphalt surface (NBS track) on existing / remaining concrete slab,

Phase 2 in the area of construction points:

- approx. 40 m existing frame track bituminous closed. on existing / remaining asphalt base course.

Phase 3 in the area of construction points:

- 1 pc.development switch (R 51) including surface fastenings

Phase 5 in the area of construction switches:

- 2 pieces of construction turnouts (R 51) including surface fastenings,

- 1 pc.development switch (R 59) including surface fastenings.

Essential installation services final state:

- approx. 1 100 m 2 Create subgrade,

- approx. 1 100 m 2 Recycling base layer,

- approx. 50 m protective pipe DN 110,

- approx. 400 m protective pipe DN 63,

- 1 pc sludge trap,

- approx. 400 m 2 Sub-ballast mats,

- approx. 60 rail joint welds,

- approx. 290 m NBS track,

- 2 x 2-way branches in NBS construction,

- approx. 815 m 2 NBS concrete C 35/45,

- approx. 815 m 2 Asphalt top finish,

- approx. 250 m 2 Bituminous pavement,

- approx. 25 m 3 Pipe trench.

Phase 1 construction turnouts:

- 2 pieces of construction points (R 51) on existing NBS concrete slab (including remaining sleepers), dowels in the NBS concrete slab, ceiling connection in the center of the track RCT + asphalt binder, in the edge areas concrete up to SO,

Phase 2 construction switch:

- 1 piece construction switch (R 59) on the existing and remaining ATS, dowelling in the ATS, ceiling connection in the center of the track RCT + asphalt binder, in the edge areas concrete to SO,

Phase 3 construction turnouts:

- 1 piece construction switch (R 51) - like phase 1,

Phase 5 in the area of former construction points:

- Approx. 80 m (2 x 40 m) restoration of the NBS on the existing concrete slab and sleepers in the area of the former construction switch,

- approx. 40 m restoration Frame gl. a. Existing ATS exit depot Lichtenberg - A31242.

Major expansion works final state:

- approx. 200 m single track NBS,

- approx. 75 m single track frame track,

- 2 simple branches in NBS design,

- 1 pc single switch in NBS design,

- 1 pc single point as a frame track,

- 1 piece of simple track crossing in NBS construction,

- approx. 150 m 3 Concrete base layer broken up in the track,

- approx. 50 m 3 Asphalt base layer in the track,

- approx. 50 m 3 Asphalt binder and ceiling in the track,

- approx. 250 m 2 Road break-up fundamentally outside of the tracks,

- approx. 265 m 3 unbound Base courses and excavated soil Z <= 2,

- approx. 600 t disposal of concrete,

- approx. 300 t disposal of asphalt,

- approx. 500 t disposal of soil and stones.
