The scope of the contract shall include:
1) receiving municipal waste:
2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter: municipal waste) to the waste collection site provided by the Contractor and indicated in the tender,
3) to ensure the use of the collected municipal waste at the site of collection (use) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the tender, and to ensure its development in the manner required by the procurement documents and generally applicable law,
4) provide property owners with containers intended for collection:
5) providing property owners with bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste:
6) Equipment of PSZOK with containers and containers for municipal waste,
7) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with points 1 to (6) above.
1. The scope of the contract shall include:
1) receiving municipal waste:
(a) from property owners (inhabited and uninhabited (1) located within the Wyrzysk Municipality (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Pilskie County), cyclically in the source system, broken down into the following fractions:
- Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
- Paper,
- Glass,
- Metals, Plastics and Packing Waste,
- biowaste 2,
(b) from owners of properties located within Wyrzysk Municipality, in a system of mobile cyclical collection (Mobile Community Waste Collections, hereinafter: MZOK), in the range of waste fractions listed in Chapter XVI (3) of the OPZ,
(c) from the Municipal Waste Collection Point located within the municipality of Wyrzysk (hereinafter: PSZOK), as regards the waste fractions listed in Chapter XII (2) (3) of the OPZ,
(d) waste in the form of expired medicines from pharmacy points and used batteries and batteries from the points indicated in Chapter XIV (2) and (5) of the OPZ,
2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter: municipal waste) to the waste collection site provided by the Contractor and indicated in the tender,
3) to ensure the use of the collected municipal waste at the site of collection (use) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the tender, and to ensure its development in the manner required by the procurement documents and generally applicable law,
4) provide property owners with containers intended for collection:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) biowaste,
(c) paper,
d) glass,
(e) metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste,
- and attention to their due technical and sanitary condition, insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in containers.
5) providing property owners with bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste:
(a) biowaste,
(b) paper,
(c) glass,
(d) metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste,
- insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in bags.
6) Equipment of PSZOK with containers and containers for municipal waste,
7) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with points 1 to (6) above.
