The SDFE must have calculated hydrological height models. Previously this was a one-year contract, now it is attempted as a perennial. The technical requirements are specified in Annexes 1 to 3 of the contract paradigm.
The contract tendered is not divided into sub-contracts within the meaning of Section 49 (2) of the Tender Act, as the task is to make a total data base for the whole of Denmark and that if the contract was broken up, initial costs would cause the price to be disproportionately high.
