A condition analysis was implemented in 2011. The condition analysis revealed that many of the roof structures have a Building Survey Report of Level 3 (TG3). The Building Survey Report revealed that the buildings have considerable wear and tear on the outer shell, i.e. the external surfaces and buildings show signs of missing maintenance over several years. The buildings' internal and external roofing and cornice plastering are in very poor condition.

The succeeding preliminary project in 2014 continued the condition analysis and presented detailed proposals for a solution on a general level. The preliminary project described a considerable need for maintenance and replacement of buildings parts on the property.

The following works are recommended to be initiated:

"Complete renovation of roofs including chimneys and corneys, gutters/downpipes, roof windows as well as repairs of fungal growth and decay damages".
