The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Autobahn GmbH, North Branch (Lüneburg branch), is carrying out the basic renewal of the Federal Highway 39, Rifa Hamburg, between the Winsen East and Winsen West junction. The ramp connections of the junctions are not affected by the measure.
The construction phase of the basic renewal begins in section 400, station 159 (km 16,120) and ends in section 400, station 4,844 (km 11,435).
The median crossings are planned in the ranges from km 11,300 to km 11,413 and from km 16,120 to km 16,255.
The subject of this contract is the road safety work for the entire measure. There are two construction phases planned. In the first construction phase, the establishment of a 3s+0 traffic management is planned. In the second construction phase, the PWC RiFA Hamburg plant will be closed and renewed following the main operation.

-Establishment of 3s+0 traffic routing on the Rifa Hamburg of the A39 according to the traffic concept of the AG, Anl. 1
-Construction of mobile traffic jam warning systems with measurement cross-sections in both directions of travel according to the traffic concept of the AG, Anl. 2
-Construction of the building information boards, anl. 3
-Set up emergency opening systems every 500 m
-Maintaining 3s+0 traffic management, portable safety devices (including emergency opening systems), construction site markings, mobile traffic warning systems and signage
-resolution of 3s+0 traffic routing
-removal of the construction site marking as well as dismantling of the portable safety device, all traffic safety materials, the indicating signage and mobile traffic jam warning systems
