The mission extends to the maintenance of order and security as well as the detection and prevention of dangers and damage to buildings, facilities, plants, paintings and sculptures.
Lot 1: Guard and supervision services for the Hamburg Historical Museums FoundationLot 1 comprises the guard and supervisory services of the Hamburg Historical Museums Foundation.
The Hamburg Historical Museums Foundation (SHMH) is one of the largest museums in Europe for urban and regional history. With the museums united in the Foundation, the Foundation represents the history of Hamburg and its surrounding area from dock workers to the upper middle class. The main buildings of the foundation network are the Museum für hamburgische Geschichte, the Altonaer Museum, the Museum der Arbeit, the Deutsches Hafenmuseum (under construction) and other branch offices. In 2022, 355,000 visitors visited the house and over 100 special events took place.
The task includes both the provision of personal security services and the provision of the resources and equipment required for the execution of the order.

With more than 500,000 objects from 4,000 years of cultural history, the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg (MK&G) is one of the leading museums for art, applied arts and design in Europe. Its top-class collections range from antiquity to the present day and encompass the European, Islamic and Far Eastern cultural areas. Special emphasis is placed on photography, fashion and textiles, musical instruments as well as graphic design and poster art. The museum sees itself as a house for discourse and sees the question of shaping our world as one of the most important topics of our time. In this sense, MK&G strives for collaboration, inclusion, inspiration, transparency and interdisciplinarity. The respectful interaction with each other corresponds to the understanding of values as an open house for design. Around 180,000 guests visit the hotel every year. On approx. 10,000 m² of exhibition space, extensive permanent exhibitions as well as regular special exhibitions and events are offered.
In addition to a team of currently eight permanent supervisors, third-party staff are also deployed in the public areas. The continuously staffed control center is also staffed by third-party staff. Due to its challenging location, the MK&G currently also employs a 24-hour outdoor patrol.
