The subject of this procedure is the stipulation of a Framework Agreement that governs the purchase of petroleum products by AU in the performance of the functions of Italian Central Storage Body; such products must be delivered by the supplier in “Delivered At Place” (DAP) mode. The subjects that will be deemed eligible by AU/OCSIT will sign a Framework Contract and will be registered in a supplier list (hereinafter the “Product List”). The signing of the Framework Contract and the consequent registration in the Product List give the right to participate in the subsequent tenders that AU/OCSIT will hold for the purchase of petroleum products. The subscription request can be submitted at any time and in any case no later than 14.11.2025
